Meet The Team

Jeannie joined Extended Family in 2010 and brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role. As Executive Director, she oversees day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and client and Caregiver satisfaction. Jeannie’s favorite activities include spending time with her husband and their Boston Terrier Jasper, cooking, and playing backgammon. Jeannie has an Associate’s Degree in Medical Office Administration.

Mary loves working with our aging population and has a passion to keep them home as long as possible. Whether her role of nurse, advocate or case manager, Mary provides the best care to our members!

Mary graduated from Salem State University with a BSN and is certified in Gerontology. She is CPR and AED certified.

Her passion for helping people goes beyond the workplace as a volunteer for the Juvenile Diversion Program as well as coordinating outreach efforts for the Commons Church in Rochester, NH. Her proudest accomplishment is the creation of the Woven Community Development Association, which serves people in the Seacoast NH communities. She holds a degree in Organizational Management.

Alyssa comes to Extended Family with a strong background in customer services and managing complex scheduling. Prior to joining the team, Alyssa worked as a surgical coordinator. Currently, she oversees all aspects of client scheduling. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys reading a good book, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
