Our team of professional, compassionate and dedicated caregivers are the heart of our company. They all share the same goal of providing outstanding care by maintaining their client's dignity and encouraging their independence. Their goal is to maintain the clients' autonomy, not "take over." All our caregivers are employees of Atlantic Homelife, no contractors, and go through a rigorous screening process that includes multiple interviews, reference checks, a state criminal background and Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) check.

All caregivers are fully insured with workman's compensation insurance as well as professional and general liability insurance and are given the option to partake in a full benefits program. At Atlantic Homelife, we hire only licensed nursing assistants and certified person care attendants to provide care in their Seacoast NH & Southern ME homes. In addition, our caregivers receive their initial and ongoing training by a New Hampshire Board of Nursing approved instructor.
